Aligning breath to movement, a breakdown of postures will be presented to immerse yourself in a Vinyasa flow with the idea of lengthening through strengthening. This music-based class is designed to take your practice to the next level and experiment with all that your body and mind can do. Whether you want to get upside down, fly, or ground and release, this class will work for you.
